Retail order forms can be quite an undertaking for somebody on a home based computer. With a daunting task ahead of them, Cooky's Soaps & More asked me to design a retail order form for their soap business. All the information was written out on notebook paper, and I worked to put it together in this cohesive document. The order forms were all printed on 2-part for a customer and store copy.
