This housing development rendering for Princeton Pointe was built using a black line art drawing of the area. Each lot and road was numbered accordingly, and the land area was clearly distinguished by a fade of green. Even though this rendering was not built to scale, I have built many other plot layouts to exact measurements. Some of them have even been constructed over an ariel shot of the area. With custom renderings, the possibilites are endless.
