Piedmont Custom Homes were looking for an elegant two color logo. I gave it that feel by using sans serif fonts that weren't too bold for the occasion. The subtle blue and dark red also gave a pronounced but not gaudy look. The custom made mountains in the oval tied the logo to the familiar scenery of the area.
