This US based rice company sells their product in the Caribbean. The people of that area love American products, and they also place great signifigance on the conch shell. Carnaval Brand had originally hired another graphic designer to design their logo and rice bag, but they couldn't get the look they wanted. Their logo was turning out too cartoon like, and the conch shell clipart was not working out. When I took over the job, I custom illustrated an eagle and a conch shell from real life photographs. They were thrilled with the results.
