When Villa Developers were putting together promotions for their new subdivision, they realized that a brochure was one of the best ways to advertise it. I first made a rendering for them to show the layout of the area. This image was featured along with floor plans and real pictures of the houses. To fit in all the details of the subdivision, the brochure was setup in four panels rather than the regular three panels.
